If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: Please find attached our completed booking form to hire the hall for our Pre-School Christmas Fair on Saturday 8th November 2025. The fair will take place from 10am - 12 noon, but we have put hire from 09:30am - 12:30pm on the form.
I have just transferred the £15 booking fee with reference 08.11.2025.
