If you are selling alcohol at your event you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice from South Gloucestershire Council and provide a copy of the notice to the booking secretary before the event.: I will not be selling alcohol at the event
Any other information we might need to know: Generally we try to hire hall 2 x a month until 7th September
And then again starting in October and November
We have done this for a while which has been brilliant - thank you
We are flexible with things so if a party or other needs hall we can adjust
